  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped on the 15th of each month.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
  • Tracking Info: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

🚨 Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Clothing Returns (Sizing Issues)

  • We accept returns on clothing that does not fit within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at bhaddieglambag@gmail.com with:

✅ Photos of the item & packaging

We’ll gladly replace any damaged items at no cost to you!

  • Subscription boxes and their contents (as they are curated surprises)
